• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

• Prices are listed in Naira (₦) and are inclusive of applicable taxes (unless otherwise stated).

• Payment must be made at the time of order using accepted payment methods (e.g., debit/credit card and Flutterwavel).

• Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. This does not guarantee acceptance of your order.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We deliver across Nigeria and internationally.

• We aim to dispatch all orders promptly. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.

• Louve Line is not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services.

• You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

5. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if items are unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.

• Custom or tailored items may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
