We have answers to all your questions!  In order to serve you faster, we’ve attached a FAQ list that links to the answers to your questions so you no longer have to wait for a response to your question.

Please note: If your question is not on the list or if it is regarding an issue with your order (fix, change, cancel or return/refund) we will get back to you with a tailored response within 24-48 hours.

  • Local shipping will be dispatched out with full tracking. Taxes already applied at checkout.
    - Standard shipping = 2-4 working days
    - Priority Shipping = Next working day

    Orders need to be placed before 12pm. Excludes weekends and Public Holidays

  • It depends on where you are. Orders processed in Nigeria will take 5-7 business days to arrive.

    Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days.

    Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

    a.  I need to make a change to my order.  Can you make the change?

    • Yes in most cases. As long as your order hasn’t been packed we can most likely make the change you are requesting. Be sure to contact us as soon as possible and include your order number in the e-mail and 'ORDER CHANGE' in the subject.

    b.  Can you cancel my order?

    • Yes in most cases. As long as your order hasn’t been packed we can most likely cancel your order.  Be sure to contact us as soon as possible and include your order number in the e-mail and 'CANCELLATION' in the subject.
